The Afghan Welfare Volunteer Aid Organization (AWVAO) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political institution. It is registered with the High Commission for Evaluation of Non-Governmental Organizations under serial number (6070) dated (14/07/1403) in the Solar Hijri calendar, corresponding to (05/10/2024) in the Gregorian calendar, and is authorized by the Ministry of Economy to operate in the capital and provinces of the country.

The goal of AWVAO is to implement sustainable assistance programs primarily in rural areas of Afghanistan, focusing on supporting children and their families who are facing severe economic poverty. To achieve these people-centered objectives, AWVAO primarily concentrates on five main areas of work: education, provision of primary health services, drinking water, emergency aid, and disaster relief.

The organization is determined to make significant contributions in various sectors, especially in the growth and development of the country’s education system, through supporting and managing schools, establishing supplementary training courses, providing equipment, and creating a safe learning environment in public schools such as Khazani, Buyezar, Safa, and Bazari schools in the provinces of Kabul, Kunduz, and Ghazni.

مؤسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها، یک نهاد غیر امارتی، غیر انتفاعی و غیر سیاسی است، که بر اساس کمیسیون عالی ارزیابی مؤسسات غیر دولتی به شماره مسلسل (6070) مورخ (1403/07/14) هجری شمسی مطابق (2024/10/05) میلادی ثبت و راجستر وزارت محترم اقتصاد گردیده و اجازه فعالیت را در مرکز و ولایات کشور برای این مؤسسه منظور نموده است ، هدف موسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها اجرای برنامه های مساعدت های پایدار عمدتا در مناطق روستایی افغانستان با تمرکز بر حمایت کودکان و خانواده های انها که مواجه با فقر شدید اقتصادی اند، میباشد. برای دستیابی به این اهداف مردم محور، موسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان ها در درجه اول به پنج ساحه کاری اصلی یعنی معارف، ارایه خدمات اولیه صحی، اب اشامیدنی، کمک های اضطراری و امداد رسانی پس از افات طبیعی تمرکز دارد. موسسه مصصم است که فعالیت های چشمگیر را در بخش های مختلف بلخصوص در رشد و انکشاف معارف کشور از طریق حمایت و مدیریت مکاتب، ایجاد کورسهای آموزشی تقویتی، فراهم اوری تجهیزات، ایجاد محیط مصون آموزشی در مکاتب دولتی مانند مکاتب خزانی، بویه زار، صفا و بازاری در ولایت های کابل، کندز و غزنی میباشد

AWVAO is hiring guard for Boyazar School in Shakar Dara district of Kabul province. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the school buildings, premises, students, staff, visitors, and assets during day and night shifts. The guards will control entry and exit at the main gate, conduct regular patrols inside and around the school, check and secure doors, windows, and gates, prevent unauthorized access, report any suspicious activity or incidents, and protect school equipment and documents. They will also support basic maintenance and cleanliness around the gate and yard (including snow cleaning in winter) so that a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment is maintained in line with community, religious, and national values.

مؤسسه رضاکاران برای رفاه و کمک افغان‌ها  یک نفر نگهبان را برای مکتب بویه زار در قریه بویه زار، ولسوالی شکر دره، ولایت کابل استخدام می‌نماید. این بست مسئول تأمین امنیت و حفاظت از ساختمان‌ها، محوطه، شاگردان، کارمندان، مهمانان و دارایی‌های مکتب در شِفت‌ روز و یا هم شب ميباشد. نگهبان وظیفه دارد ورود و خروج از دروازه مکتب را کنترول کنند، به‌طور منظم در داخل و اطراف مکتب گشت‌زنی نماید، از قفل‌بودن دروازه‌ها، کلکین‌ها و اتاق‌ها اطمینان حاصل کند، از ورود اشخاص غیرمجاز جلوگیری نمایند، هرگونه فعالیت مشکوک یا حادثه را گزارش دهد و از تجهیزات و اسناد مکتب حفاظت کند. همچنان، نگهبان در حفظ نظافت و نظم اطراف دروازه و صحن مکتب (شامل پاک‌کاری برف در فصل زمستان) همکاری میکند تا یک محیط تعلیمی امن، منظم و مطابق با ارزش‌های دینی، ملی و اجتماعی را تأمین نماید.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: صلاحیت و مسوولیت های وظیفوی/

1. Ensure the safety and security of the school premises, buildings, students, staff, and visitors during the assigned shift (day or night).
2. Control entry and exit at the main gate and allow access only to authorized persons and vehicles, according to school rules.
3. Conduct regular patrols inside and around the school compound to monitor the security situation and identify any risks.
4. Check and ensure that all gates, doors, windows, and classrooms are properly locked and secured, especially after school hours and at night.
5. Prevent unauthorized or suspicious individuals from entering the school premises and immediately inform the supervisor of any security concern.
6. Report any incident, suspicious activity, damage, theft, or safety risk without delay to the school administrator or relevant authorities.
7. Protect school equipment, furniture, materials, and documents from theft, damage, or misuse during the shift.
8. Record visitors, security incidents, and important observations in the designated guard/night guard logbook.
9. Turn off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances as instructed to reduce risk and avoid wastage.
10. Maintain cleanliness and order in and around the guard room, school gate, and immediate surroundings.
11. Clean snow from the yard, pathways, and entrances during the winter season to ensure safe access for students and staff.
12. Support school cleaner in cleaning school’s classrooms and premises
13. Cooperate with police, local shura, and other security or emergency services when required and as instructed by the supervisor.
14. Treat students, staff, parents, and visitors with respect and support a calm, safe, and child-friendly environment.
15. Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor in line with the purpose of the position.

تأمین امنیت و حفاظت از محوطه، ساختمان‌ها، شاگردان، کارمندان و مهمانان مکتب در جریان شِفت وظیفه (روز یا شب) -

کنترول ورود و خروج از دروازهٔ اصلی مکتب و اجازهٔ ورود فقط به اشخاص و وسایط مجاز مطابق مقررات مکتب -

انجام گشت‌زنی منظم در داخل و اطراف محوطهٔ مکتب به‌منظور نظارت از وضعیت امنیتی و شناسایی خطرات احتمالی -

بررسی و اطمینان از قفل‌بودن دروازه‌ها، کلکین‌ها و صنف‌ها، مخصوصاً بعد از ختم ساعت درسی و در جریان شب -

جلوگیری از ورود اشخاص غیرمجاز یا مشکوک به محوطهٔ مکتب و اطلاع‌دهی فوری هرگونه نگرانی امنیتی به سوپروایزر -

گزارش فوری هر نوع حادثه، فعالیت مشکوک، خساره، سرقت یا خطرات ایمنی به مدیر مکتب یا مقامات مربوطه -

حفاظت از تجهیزات، اثاثیه، مواد و اسناد مکتب در برابر سرقت، خساره یا سوءاستفاده در جریان شِفت -

ثبت نام مهمانان، واقعات امنیتی و مشاهدات مهم در دفتر مخصوص نگهبان / دفتر شب‌باش -

خاموش‌کردن چراغ‌ها و وسایل برقی غیر ضروری طبق هدایت، به‌منظور کاهش خطر و جلوگیری از ضیاع انرژی -

حفظ نظافت و نظم در اطراف اتاق نگهبانی، دروازهٔ مکتب و محیط نزدیک آن -

پاک‌کاری برف از صحن، راهروها و دروازه‌های ورودی مکتب در فصل زمستان برای تأمین رفت‌وآمد مصون شاگردان و کارمندان -

کمک کردن و همکاری همرای صفا کار در جارو و صفاکاری تعمیر و صحن مکتب -

همکاری با پولیس، شورای محل و سایر نهادهای امنیتی/اوضاع اضطراری در صورت نیاز و مطابق هدایت سوپروایزر -

برخورد محترمانه با شاگردان، کارمندان، والدین و مهمانان و سهم‌گیری در ایجاد محیطی آرام، مصون و کودک‌محور -

انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط که از سوی سوپروایزر محول می‌گردد، در مطابقت با هدف این بست -

سواد ابتدایی (توانایی خواندن و نوشتن به زبان دری یا پشتو) ترجیح داده می‌شود -

حداقل دو (۲) سال تجربهٔ کاری به حیث نگهبان، چوکیدار یا در وظایف مشابه امنیتی -

داشتن تجربهٔ قبلی در یک محیط مکتب یک امتیاز محسوب می‌گردد -

توانایی فزیکی مناسب برای ایستادن، گشت‌زنی و کار در ساعات طولانی -

آشنایی با لسان‌های محلی، به‌ویژه پشتو برای برقراری ارتباط ضروری است -

صداقت، امانت‌داری و داشتن سیرت نیک؛ نداشتن سابقهٔ جرمی -

آمادگی برای کار در شِفت روز و/یا شب و در صورت ضرورت در روزهای رخصتی و تعطیلات رسمی -

عمر بالاتر از ۴۰ سال باشد -

• Basic literacy (ability to read and write in Dari or Pashto) is preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a guard, watchman, or in a similar security role.
• Previous experience working in a school environment is an advantage.
• Good physical condition and ability to work long hours standing, walking, and patrolling.
• Familiarity with local languages, especially Dari and/or Pashto, is essential for communication.
• Honest, trustworthy, and of good character, with no known criminal record.
• Willingness to work in day and/or night shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
