Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) is a global humanitarian relief and development organization responding to human sufferings in emergency and disaster situations anywhere all over the world regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, color, cultural diversity and social background.

HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD Afghanistan needs six OSP Assistants who will assist  in the implementation of orphan Support program of HHRD in Afghanistan , he will be  based in Nangarhar office and he will travel on weekly bases between Kabul, Nangarhar , Laghman and  Kunar provinces  , and the candidate will receive 17500 AFN monthly, HHRD will hire (4) candidate graduated from Sharia or Law faculty and (2) candidates graduated from Computer science faculties .

• Assist OSP staff with new data collection according to OSP rules and guidelines
• Upload progress, health and social reports of all sponsored children of Kabul and Nangarhar provinces.
• Assist OSP and HHRD staff in maintaining and scanning of OSP and office files.
• Assist OSP staff in implementation of OSP activities in Kabul , Laghman and Nangarhar provinces.
• Update contact lists of sponsored children, health report lists and blood group lists on regular bases
• Assist OSP team in successful Implementation of all projects and programs in Kabul and Nangarhar Province.
• Conduct meetings with Orphan mother’s guardians and community stake holders for their Protection
• Assist OSP staff in safe distributions of all OSP & others HHRD Project and Programs in Nangarhar, Kunar and Laghman Provinces.
• Conduct different sessions with sponsored Orphans, their mothers and elder female children on regular basis
• Establish good liaison with different authorities of line departments on provincial level.
• Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings in Nangarhar office or online
• Maintained record of al bills and reports at field & Main office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Sharia or Law  faculties from a recognized university (4)
• Bachelor of Computer Science faculty from recognized university (2)
• At least three years of proven experience of working with NGOs  or government in relevant position.
• Good communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in English and Dari typing and office package
