Job Description:
The Senior Travel Consultant positon, based in Nawi Saadi travel-Sales office Kabul, Afghanistan, is a full-tme part-time, on-site role responsible for comprehensive travel management.
Primary responsibilites include delivering expert travel consultatons, crafing customized itneraries, and guaranteeing superior customer service. Additonal dutes encompass managing reservatons, actvely pursuing new clientele, generatng leads within the corporate market, and possessing a deep understanding of client travel need

Job Summary
The Sales Night Shift Ticketing Staff is responsible for handling ticket sales and customer inquiries during night shift hours. This role ensures accurate ticket issuance, excellent customer service, and smooth sales operations while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Sell airline tickets and related travel services during night shift hours
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets accurately using ticketing systems
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fares, schedules, and travel requirements
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams when required
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in ticketing or sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with airline reservation and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
