Job Description:

The Officer – HR Admin is responsible for announcement of the vacant positions based on the approved recruitment instructions, facilitating the recruitment process for all positions. Preparation of required documents for employment contracts

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the recruitment process to ensure that it takes place in accordance with DACAAR HR policy.
  • Regularly updating the recruitment plan in close coordination with the HR Coordinator and other relevant departments.
  • Ensuring the completion of required documents for the preparation of employment contracts.
  • On-time dissemination of the recruitment plan to the panel members.
  • Ensuring that the relevant departments prepare written test questions before the test takes place.
  • Oversee that the recruitment process at the field level is conducted according to the established plan and in full compliance with DACAAR's HR policy.
  • Regularly communicate with field teams to provide guidance and support in adhering to recruitment procedures.
  • Preparing and posting announcements for vacant positions in various locations.
  • Ensuring that newly hired staff members provide and fill in recruitment-related documents.
  • Ensure that the introduction process for newly hired staff is conducted on time, and that all relevant information is accurately entered into the HRD database.
  • On-time notification of shortlisted candidates for interviews and written tests, ensuring they have the address for the venues.
  • Ensuring that each member of the panel is informed in advance about each recruitment event (shortlisting, written tests, and interviews).
  • Ensuring that the interview panel receives a copy of shortlisted candidates' CVs and other necessary documents before the interviews take place.
  • Rechecking the announcements to ensure that all the announced vacancies are correct.
  • Close follow-up of the field recruitment process.
  • Regularly updating the job announcements notice board

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration is required but master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five years of HR-related experience, particularly in the recruitment process within international NGOs, is required.
