Job Description:
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen TAK Dry Fruit Company’s biscuit brand, increase product demand, and support sales growth across target markets. This role bridges market research, product positioning, and on-ground execution to ensure strong brand visibility, competitive positioning, and sustainable growth for TAK Dry Fruit Company’s biscuits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company sales targets.
- Build and strengthen TAK Dry Fruit Company’s biscuit brand in retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and target consumers.
- Position biscuit products competitively based on quality, pricing, and consumer preferences.
2. Product & Market Management
- Conduct market research on customers, retailers, competitors, and consumption trends.
- Identify new opportunities for product development or expansion of the biscuit portfolio.
3. Sales Support & Field Marketing
- Design promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and marketing materials to support sales.
- Work closely with sales teams and distributors to support field marketing activities.
- Develop store visit plans, product sampling programs, and promotional events.
4. Promotion & Communication
- Plan and supervise product launches, trade promotions, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with company policies and brand standards.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and sales impact.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions to management to improve sales and brand performance.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or bakery/biscuit industry.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
