Job Description:
Specific responsibilities
· Ensures that RMNCAH activities/services are performed according to the BPHS/EPHS standards in SAF’s supported health facilities.
· Assist the relevant provincial staff in implementation of national policies, strategies and protocols related to RMNCAH.
- Represent SAF in all RMNCAH related trainings/workshops and other event at provincial level.
- Guides and extensively support the relevant HFs’ staff to effectively achieve the index and maximum levels of RMNCAH related output/outcome indicators.
- Collects the HMIS and RMNCAH related data, analyzes the data VS the related P4P performance indicators and when necessary provides constructive feedbacks to the HFs’ staff.
- Regularly supervises the RMNCAH activities at the service delivery points (HF and HPs).
- Implement HQIP standards in the relevant HFs according to the HQIP implementation plan.
- Implement QCC and Vignette in all HFs.
- Attend all RMNCAH related meetings and task forces at the provincial/national level.
- Act as GRM/PSEA focal point in sub office, functionalize the committee at provincial level and on each HFs level.
- Improve safe mother hood by conducting refresher training course at the project level and provide on job training for the HFs’ staff.
- Keep an up to date record of all trainings of all projects’ staff involved in RMNCAH activities/services.
- Performs any other task assigned by the program director.
