Job Description:

As Relationship Manager, you are responsible to:

EMI & MNOs Relationship

  • Establish, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with EMIs, MNOs, fintechs, and payment institutions.
  • Negotiate and manage MOUs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for EMI/MNO partnerships.
  • Lead integration of wallets, mobile money, QR payments, bill payments, remittances, and switching services.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, and vendors for technical onboarding and system connectivity.
  • Develop partnership business cases, revenue models, and transaction growth strategies.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to increase transaction volumes and digital fee income.
  • Oversee operational coordination including settlements, reconciliations, and service issue resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with DAB regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Support regulatory reviews, inspections, and audits related to partnerships.
  • Prepare structured performance, revenue, and activity reports.
  • Monitor fintech, payments, and telecom market trends and innovations.

Corporate Relationship

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and act as the primary relationship contact.
  • Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive growth in deposits, financing, trade finance, and transaction banking services.
  • Cross-sell integrated banking solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Sharia, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support credit proposals, account reviews, and portfolio quality monitoring.
  • Promote payroll, cash management, trade finance, and digital banking solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, regulatory, and documentation standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
  • Prepare client performance reports, pipeline updates, and portfolio analyses.

Government Relationship

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with ministries, departments, municipalities, and public institutions.
  • Act as the single-window relationship interface for government clients.
  • Promote government payroll, collections, revenue services, and digital payment solutions.
  • Support institutional banking services and government-related projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to public-sector regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate service delivery with internal departments.
  • Prepare relationship reports and monitor government policy and regulatory developments impacting banking activities.

Telecom & MFI Relationship

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with telecom operators and microfinance institutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, service frameworks, and collaboration models.
  • Coordinate digital product integration including mobile money, wallets, QR, and bill payment services.
  • Drive growth in transactions, deposits, and partnership-based revenue streams.
  • Support settlements, reconciliations, and operational issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/CFT obligations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and market intelligence analysis.

Desk-based research to:

 

  1. Identify areas where Ghazanfar bank could support business in their community engagement programs as part of their broader corporate responsibility and sustainability strategies.
  2. Identify topics to use in regular newsletters and briefings and for the organization of regular events/seminars where our voluntary and corporate members can meet, learn and discuss on issues relevant to both sectors.

 

  1. Provide and update relevant information on corporate membership pages of the Ghazanfar Bank website.

   Any other task which is delegated by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or training are desirable.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant professional experience. In banking is preferred
