About Afghan Post State Own Corporation:
Postal services in Afghanistan have a history of more than a century. These services were first laid in 1870 for the first time during the reign of Amir Shir Ali Khan, which witnessed significant ups and downs due to changes in the political, social and cultural spheres. In 1928, Afghanistan became a member of the World Postal Union and in 1968, a member of the Asia-Pacific Postal Union, in order to expand its postal relations and strengthen ties with the rest of the world.

Job Description:
Job Purpose
Provide high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support to project management, ensuring effective handling of official correspondence, documentation, reporting, and inter-organizational communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, receive, register, distribute, and archive official correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, official reports, and project-related documentation.
- Establish and maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and official communications for project management.
- Track approvals, follow up on directives, decisions, and official instructions, and ensure timely action.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper control of sensitive documents and information.
- Facilitate coordination and communication with government entities, project stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Support audit, inspection, and reporting processes by providing accurate documentation when required.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Administration, Law, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project executive or technical administrative roles, preferably within governmental or public-sector organizations.
- Strong professional writing and drafting skills for official correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic document management systems.
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
