About French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children:

Job Description:
Regular Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance of Biomedical/electronics equipment as per schedule.
- Perform commissioning and installation of new Biomedical and electronics equipment.
- Regular checking and inspection, PPM, and Breakdown maintenance of medical/electronics equipment and systems.
- Perform daily inspection of Biomedical/electronics equipment and systems installed at different wards and clinics of FMIC.
- Coordinate with user department about their problems and ensure that the equipment functions properly and safely.
- Complete equipment data logging request form
- Complete equipment data modification forms
- Complete new stock items “NSIR” for parts availability for all the medical equipment.
Perform any task assigned by supervision or senior engineer.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Biomedical/electronics /electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
- An effective team player and contributes to team building.
- Intermediate level knowledge of electronics.
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspection and handle breakdown on daily basis.
- Skill in testing Biomedical/Electronics tools and equipment’s.
- Abilities to test and verify electronics components
- Abilities to use basic electronics tools.
