- Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations.
- Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using ticketing systems.
- Providing the best quotation and routs to the clients, companies and agencies.
- Selling the company product and services.
- Evaluating and developing ticketing portal fares and flights.
- Deals with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.
- Planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Answering client queries about product specifications.
- Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings to identify opportunities for promotions.
- Conduct market needs assessment, and market movement monitors data collection and identification.
- Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies and market share while achieving customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, agents, companies.
- Building and maintaining relationship with customers.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Requirements:
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems with customers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, business, commerce, and/or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dari, Pashto and English.
- proficiency in the use of MS office, internet, etc.
- Ability to motivate the marketing team.
- Proven work experience in sales and marketing.
- Communication and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of ticketing on GDS/online systems.
- Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Understanding of the inter-relationship different business disciplines.
