• The Junior Exploration Engineer supports exploration activities through field data collection, sampling, logging, and preliminary analysis under the supervision of senior technical staff.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in geological mapping, sampling, trenching, and drilling supervision.
• Conduct sample collection, labeling, documentation, and basic QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain accurate field records, logs, and databases.
• Support preparation of maps, sections, and simple geological models.
• Assist in monitoring Exploration activities and ensuring adherence to work plans.
• Participate in health, safety, and environmental compliance activities.
• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly exploration progress reports.
• Support logistics and coordination of field operations when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Exploration or related discipline.
• 3 -6 years of experience in mineral exploration or mining projects.
• Strong interest in field-based exploration work.
• Basic knowledge of exploration techniques and sampling methods.
• Familiarity with MS Office and geological software (advantage).
• Strong understanding of JORC and NI 43-101 reporting standards and related analysis.
