Job Description:

The Administrative Manager oversees and coordinates an organization’s administrative systems, office operations, and support staff. They ensure smooth daily functioning, streamline processes, and provide leadership to the administrative team.

Office Management

  • Supervise daily administrative operations (scheduling, communications, facilities).
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and space allocation.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Coordination

  • Support interdepartmental communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Reporting

  • Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation for administrative functions.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous but not always required.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proven track record of supervising staff and coordinating office operations.
