Bilal Rahmani Clinic (BRC) is a private registered with Afghanistan Public Health Ministry in 2025, and opened its first branch in Deh Afghanan, Kabul-Afghanistan and recently shifted to Bamian province with a strong posiblity and modern medical equipment. BRS is dedicated to providing quality outpatient care to the people and community, ensuring compliance with national healthcare standards and delivering reliable, patient-centered services.

1. Position Summary:هدف وظیفه

1. هدف بست

ارائه خدمات تخصصی در بخش ارتوپدی جهت تشخیص، تداوی و مدیریت امراض و صدمات سیستم اسکلتی–عضلانی (استخوان‌ها، مفاصل، عضلات، تاندون‌ها و رباط‌ها) به منظور بهبود وضعیت صحی مریضان و کاهش عوارض ناشی از تروما و امراض ارتوپیدی.

2. Key Responsibilities وظایف و مسولیت ها :

الف) وظایف کلینیکی

معاینه، تشخیص و تداوی مریضان مبتلا به شکستگی‌ها، دررفتگی‌ها و سایر آسیب‌های اسکلتی.

(Closed Reduction) انجام جااندازی شکستگی‌ها و تطبیق گچ یا اسپلنت.

تشخیص و مدیریت امراض مزمن ارتوپدی مانند آرتروز، دردهای مزمن کمر، مشکلات مفصلی و انحرافات ستون فقرات.

ارزیابی و تداوی صدمات ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی، سقوط و آسیب‌های ورزشی.

تفسیر نتایج رادیولوژی (X-ray) و سایر معاینات تشخیصی مربوطه.

انجام عملیات‌های جراحی ارتوپدی (در صورت موجودیت امکانات و مطابق پالیسی کلینیک).

ارجاع مریضان پیچیده به شفاخانه‌های مجهزتر در صورت نیاز.

ب) وظایف اداری و تخنیکی

ثبت دقیق معلومات مریضان در دوسیه‌های طبی و سیستم ثبت کلینیک.

رعایت اصول کنترول انتان (Infection Prevention & Control).

همکاری با نرس‌ها، تخنیشن‌های رادیولوژی و سایر کارمندان صحی.

نظارت بر استفاده درست از وسایل طبی و تجهیزات ارتوپدی.

اشتراک در جلسات تخنیکی و برنامه‌های ارتقای ظرفیت.

ج) وظایف اخلاقی و مسلکی

رعایت اصول اخلاق طبابت و حفظ محرمیت معلومات مریضان.

ارائه مشوره واضح و قابل فهم به مریضان در مورد روند تداوی.

رعایت رهنمودها و طرزالعمل‌های وزارت صحت عامه.

برخورد محترمانه و حرفه‌ای با مریضان و همکاران.

4. ساعات کاری

طبق لایحه داخلی کلینیک و نیازمندی مریضان (با آمادگی برای پاسخ‌دهی به حالات عاجل در صورت ضرورت).

3. Qualifications & Experience شرایط احراز بست :

داشتن سند تخصص در رشته ارتوپدی از پوهنتون معتبر.

داشتن جواز کار معتبر از وزارت صحت عامه.

حداقل 2–3 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط.

توانایی مدیریت حالات عاجل ارتوپدی.

مهارت در کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر.
