Bilal Rahmani Clinic (BRC) is a private registered with Afghanistan Public Health Ministry in 2025, and opened its first branch in Deh Afghanan, Kabul-Afghanistan and recently shifted to Bamian province with a strong posiblity and modern medical equipment. BRS is dedicated to providing quality outpatient care to the people and community, ensuring compliance with national healthcare standards and delivering reliable, patient-centered services.

1. Position Summary:هدف وظیفه

ارائه خدمات تخصصی در بخش طب داخلی جهت تشخیص، تداوی و مدیریت امراض حاد و مزمن نزد مریضان بالغ، به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات صحی و کاهش عوارض ناشی از بیماری‌ها.

2. Key Responsibilities وظایف و مسولیت ها :

الف) وظایف کلینیکی

معاینه، تشخیص و تداوی امراض داخلی مانند فشار خون، دیابت، امراض قلبی، تنفسی، گوارشی و عفونی.

مدیریت مریضان مبتلا به امراض مزمن و تنظیم برنامه تداوی دوامدار.

ارزیابی و مدیریت حالات عاجل طبی (مانند حمله قلبی، آسم حاد، شوک و غیره) تا زمان ارجاع یا تثبیت وضعیت مریض.

درخواست و تفسیر نتایج معاینات لابراتواری، ECG، رادیولوژی و سایر تست‌های تشخیصی.

ارائه مشوره صحی در مورد وقایه، تغذیه سالم و تغییر سبک زندگی.

ارجاع مریضان پیچیده به مراکز صحی مجهزتر در صورت نیاز.

ب) وظایف اداری و تخنیکی

ثبت و تکمیل دقیق دوسیه‌های طبی مریضان.

رعایت اصول کنترول انتان و مصونیت محیط کاری.

همکاری مؤثر با سایر داکتران، نرس‌ها و کارمندان صحی.

اشتراک در جلسات تخنیکی و برنامه‌های آموزشی.

رعایت رهنمودها و پروتوکول‌های وزارت صحت عامه.

ج) مسئولیت‌های اخلاقی و حرفه‌ای

رعایت اصول اخلاق طبی و حفظ محرمیت معلومات مریضان.

برخورد محترمانه، صادقانه و مسئولانه با مریضان و همراهان آنان.

استفاده منطقی از دواها و جلوگیری از تجویز غیرضروری.

ارتقای دانش مسلکی از طریق اشتراک در برنامه‌های بازآموزی.

3. Qualifications & Experience شرایط احراز بست :

داشتن سند تخصص در رشته طب داخلی از پوهنتون معتبر.

داشتن جواز کار معتبر از وزارت صحت عامه.

حداقل 2–3 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در کلینیک ها ویا شفاخانه های شناخته شده.

تجربه استفاده از ماشین التراسوند و تجربه تشخیص با التراسوند.

مهارت در مدیریت حالات عاجل داخلی.

توانایی کار تیمی و تصمیم‌گیری مؤثر.

دقت و توجه به جزئیات

توانایی مشوره‌دهی و راهنمایی مریضان
