About Azizi Bank:
Azizi Bank (www.azizibank.af) is a commercial bank set up in Afghanistan as per the terms of the licensing policy of Da Afghanistan Bank, the Central Bank of the Country. The bank was granted a license on 13th June 2006 and commenced operations on the same date. Job Description:
- Ensures Bank’s Management guidelines and policies are followed
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Maintaining and enhancing Brand value of the Bank.
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Plan and manage marketing expense budget.
- Work with outdoor sales team for effective direct sales efforts.
- Work with indoor marketing team for effective Usage of various promotional channels like social advertising branding etc.
- Control and monitor call center operations.
- Takes an energetic lead in designs and review of the existing suite of branding materials and Bank’s website,
- International and national VIP client’s engagement for business development.
- Ownership of business development and should possess independent quality of getting big ticket business
- Maintains good relationship with existing personnel and other contacts. This will involve a high level of negotiation and responding to enquiries from sales staff, Call Centre and Graphic Designer or the Media / Digital Marketing dept.
- Assists in the design and placement of advertisements and other promotional activities in appropriate publications and strategic locations.
- Conceptual brand promotion of the Bank for maximum visibility and coverage
- Responsible with the team to ensure retail brand guidelines are deployed and followed at the branches (Visibility, Exterior, in- branch, and brand hygiene)
- Ensure marketing mix is followed
- Work strategically with the branches & involving the team for various campaigns.
- Taking regular reporting on performance of the team
- Understands branches’ requirements and provides marketing support involving the team
- Additional responsibility to ensure Western Union/Ria/MGI business and Salary business growth
- Surprise branch visits
- Any other work allocated by CEO/ DY CEO
Job Requirements:
- UG: Graduate – Any Specialization from a recognized university.
- PG: MBA with specialization in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR etc.
- 10+ years working experience in the related field of sales/marketing & business development, Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Branch Banking, Retail Brand Promotion, Marketing Promotions, Campaigns, Channel Partners, International Engagements, Communication, Portfolio & Relationship Management,
- Expertise in Banks/Advertising/Telecom/FMCG/Media/PR/Market Research,
- Excellent MS Office skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent level in English/Dari and Pashto language. Knowledge of Urdu will be additional advantage.
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
Pro-active and constructive attitude, initiative, self-confidence, excellent analytical and reporting skills. Quick learner.
