Job Description:
ارائه خدمات مشاوره روانى اجتماعى به شكل انفرادى وگروپى براى مراجعين ومريضان در تسهيلات صحى (داخل بستر).
فعال بودن در رابطه به أگاهي دهى وتعليمات روانى براى مراجعين ومريضان شفاخانه.
ارائه معالجه كروپى (باز و بسته)
اجراى تمام وظايف در مطابقت به معيار اخلاقى مشاور روانى اجتماعى.
اشتراك فعال در جلسات نظارت با مسول صحت رواني.
كار تيمى دوامدار باكاركنان صحى, دوكتوران ونرسها در مركز صحى (جلسات منظم تيمى)
ثبت نمودن تمام معلومات مراجعه كننده گان وتوحيد اسناد آن, ثبت قضايا, نوشتن قضايا در كتاب وفورم مخصوص.
راه اندازى كروپهای أكاهى دهى باز در سطح مركز صحى.
راه اندازى برنامه هاى أگاهى دهى ساحوى جهت شناسايى وتشويق مريضان روانى اجتماعى براى در يافت تداوى.
هماهنكی با دوكتوران و ديگر كاركنان صحي در بخش فعاليت هاى صحت روانی.
ارائه كزارش ماهوار , ربعوار وسالانه به بخش مربوطه
انجام ساير وظايف كه از طرف مسؤل بخش به وى سبرده ميشود.

درجه تحصيل:
داشتن سر تفيكيت تكميل كورس أموزش مشاوره روانى اجتماعى تائيد وراجستر شده وزارت صحت عامه.
تجربه كارى:
ضرورت ندارد. به دارنده گان تجربه كارى أرجحيت داده ميشود.
مهارت هاى ديگر:
داشتن مهارت هاى خوب در لسان درى ويشتو, داشتن مهارت مكالمه خوب, حل مشكلات ومهارت هاى اجتماعى , برنامه ريزى براى درمان مشكلات روانى اجتماعى داشتن مهارت های مسلكی افهام وتفهيم وأشنايی با سيستم صحى كشور.
