We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Digital Content & Social Media Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-impact visual assets and managing our social media presence to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive growth across all digital channels.

Experience

4+ years experience in Social Media and graphic designing 
Excellent talking/writing in English, Dari and Pashto,.
Familiar with Adobe illustrator/photoshop,Adobe Premiere and indesign and variety of designing softwares.
Must have good communication skills as well as a communicator between team and client.
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities of the job includes:
•    Responsible for successfully planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
•    To create innovative ideas that tie web, mobile, email, search social Responsible for Internet, ad design and placement.
•    Develops and implements digital marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
•    Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing materials, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and traditional advertising together to provide solutions based on consumer insight and data.
•    Design, build and maintain social media presence.
•    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
•    Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
•    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
•    Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
•    Know how to strategize, develop, and manage digital communications that nurture high engagement.
•    Any other duty as per management request.
