Job Description:
• Ensure timely fuel delivery to all assigned EA sites on a 24/7 basis, in accordance with the approved distribution plan.
• Conduct fuel tank cleaning at assigned sites every six months or as requested by relevant teams.
• Perform site surveys to identify fuel shortages, leakages, or other related issues.
• Travel to all locations within the central region upon receiving road mission clearance.
• Maintain continuous communication with site guards to receive timely reports on fuel shortages and prevent network outages.
• Effectively prioritize tasks during high workload periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in joint investigations of high-consumption sites with technical and security teams, and report findings accordingly.
• Prepare and submit monthly fuel supply reports for assigned sites with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accurate filing of all relevant documents.
• Compile and submit reports related to high fuel consumption sites.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all fuel delivered.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Essential Requirement:
High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience
Preferred Requirement:
Bachelor of Business Administration with two years of relevant experience
