Asia Community Development Organization (ACDO) is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit humanitarian organization established in 2014 and registered with the Government of Afghanistan under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) with a mission to provide humanitarian and development assistance to the vulnerable, at-risk, and underserved people throughout the country.

Job Description:
1. Program Support
- Assist in the implementation of school feeding activities at the field level.
- Support coordination of food distribution to schools and beneficiaries.
- Follow up on daily project activities and ensure adherence to work plans.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with District Supervisors, Field Monitors, and school staff.
- Liaise with local authorities, school management, and community representatives.
- Facilitate communication between field teams and the central office.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems (hard and soft copies) for project documents.
- Compile data and support the Reporting Officer in data entry and analysis.
- Ensure all documentation complies with donor and organizational standards.
4. Logistics & Distribution Support
- Support planning and monitoring of food commodity distribution.
- Track delivery of food items and report any discrepancies or delays.
- Assist in stock tracking and coordination with logistics teams.
5. Monitoring Support
- Participate in field visits to monitor project activities and verify data.
- Assist in collecting and verifying beneficiary information.
- Support monitoring of attendance and food utilization at schools.
6. Compliance & Accountability
- Ensure compliance with WFP guidelines and organizational procedures.
- Support accountability mechanisms, including feedback and complaint handling.
- Promote transparency during distributions and project implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and data management (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in local languages (Pashto/Dari); basic English required.
