About ACDO:
Asia Community Development Organization (ACDO) is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit humanitarian organization established in 2014 and registered with the Government of Afghanistan under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy (MoEc) with a mission to provide humanitarian and development assistance to the vulnerable, at-risk, and underserved people throughout the country.

Job Description:
1. Field Coordination & Management
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day field operations across assigned districts.
- Supervise District Supervisors, Field Monitors, and other field staff.
- Ensure alignment of field activities with project plans and timelines.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support.
2. Program Implementation
- Ensure timely and quality implementation of all project activities.
- Oversee field-level planning and execution of activities (e.g., school feeding distributions, education support, community engagement).
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines, SOPs, and donor requirements (e.g., WFP standards).
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor progress against project targets and indicators.
- Review and consolidate field reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely submission of reports.
- Identify challenges and recommend corrective actions.
4. Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in field-level coordination meetings.
- Facilitate collaboration with partners and other implementing agencies.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure quality delivery of services and compliance with donor and organizational standards.
- Monitor accountability, transparency, and safeguarding practices.
- Support audits, assessments, and donor monitoring visits.
6. Logistics & Operational Support
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for the timely delivery of materials and food commodities.
- Monitor distribution processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and report any discrepancies.
7. Capacity Building
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to field staff.
- Identify capacity gaps and support staff development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in field coordination or project management.
- Experience with NGO or UN-funded projects (e.g., WFP, UNICEF) is highly preferred.
