Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

Scope of Work:

She will clean the offices, rooms, toilets and premises and will report to the Clinic In Charge/Nurse.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Clinic In Charge/Nurse.
• The Cleaner Plan, prepare and ensure the premises and furniture’s are kept clean and well maintained.
• To maintain a standard of hygiene and clean the HF.
• Preserve hygiene conditions inside the rooms, toilets and offices.
• Empty trash cans and clean ashtrays
• Do the dust under the furniture and office
• Sweep and wash with water and detergent every room
• Ensure proper cleanliness of toilets
• Doing the laundry of linen and expatriates office / behind the machine / folds and puts the machine in the place reserved for this purpose.
• Scrubbing floors
• Remove dust and cobwebs in every room
• Thoroughly clean each bathroom, well disinfected with bleach the floors, toilet, bidet, sink
• Clean the kitchen worktops, cupboards exterior doors, draining
• Clean tables and chairs
• Wash exterior floors (balconies)
• To track inventory and make a list of cleaning products to be bought, clean the fridge
• Clean the windows of each room
• Thoroughly clean the kitchen cupboards removing food and handing
• Ensure cleanliness of office rooms and guest house as per hygiene standards
• Report all important information (lost, robbery, damages, deterioration, incident, etc.) to the line supervisor
• Provide support to Cook, if required
• The employee can also be requested to ensure other task upon request from his/her direct supervisors

صفا کار تحت نظارت آمر کلنیک/نرس ایفای وظیفه می‌نماید او همچنان مسئول حفظ و ثبت منظم و پاک نگهداشتن (شامل وضیعت مدنی و امضا طبق الگوی معین) از تمام افرادی است که به محل کار دسترسی دارند

وظایف تفصیلی – صفاکاری

صفا کار  تحت نظارت آمر کلنیک ایفای وظیفه می‌کند

مسئولیت پاک‌کاری، حفظ نظم و رعایت معیارهای بهداشتی در کلنیک را دارد

پاک‌کاری عمومی اتاق‌ها، مبلمان، تشناب‌ها و آشپزخانه شامل

جارو کردن، شستن با مواد شوینده

خالی کردن سطل‌های زباله و پاک کردن خاکستر

پاک کردن گرد و غبار از زیر میز و صندلی/ چوکی

پاک‌کاری دقیق تشناب‌ها با مواد ضدعفونی (وایتکس).

پاک‌کاری آشپزخانه، میزها، چوکی‌ها و الماری‌ها

شستن فرش‌ها و کف‌های بیرونی (بالکن‌ها)

ثبت و گزارش نیازمندی‌های مواد پاک‌کاری و چک‌کردن موجودی

پاک‌کاری یخچال، پنجره‌ها، و داخل الماری‌های آشپزخانه

همکاری با آشپز در صورت نیاز

گزارش‌دهی در مورد هرگونه گم‌شدگی، سرقت، خسارت یا حادثه به آمر مستقیم

انجام سایر وظایف بر اساس نیاز و درخواست آمر مستقیم

• Education: 12^th passed from high school.
• Experience: minimum 1-year work experience in similar position, preferably with I/NGO’s.
• Language: spoken and written Dari / Pashto. Spoken and written English will be a strong advantage.
• Competencies: good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to keep confidentiality, basic mathematical skills such as counting.
• Preference will be given to local residents of the area

• Understand and apply the rules and procedures of cleaning and hygiene
• Diagnose the state of cleanliness of the areas to be maintained and use the
  correct equipment
• Use work organization techniques
• Adapt the service to the flow of people

مهارت در پاک‌کاری و رعایت اصول بهداشتی

تحصیلات و تجربه

داشتن تحصیلات مکتب ارجیحیت دارد؛ ترجیحاً دارای 1 سال یا بیشتر تجربه کاری، به‌ویژه با انحوها در سطح کلینیک

توانایی درک و صحبت زبان پشتو و دری را داشته باشد

باید بسیار وقت ‌شناس و متعهد به کار باشد

گزارش‌دهی فوری در موارد اضطراری الزامی است

آگاهی ابتدایی از تدابیر امنیتی و رعایت اصل محرمیت در همه امور الزامی است

به ساکنان محلی ولایت میدان وردګ ترجیع داده میشود
