Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all related HPs regularly.
• Train CHWs when the training is necessary.
• Establish coordination and cooperation between community and clinic to ensure achieving good outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
• Arrange and select health Shura of related health centers according to CBHC policies.
• Inform and explain health problems to community and discuss solutions.
• Perform on-the-job training of CHWs in field.
• Report every kind of problem and challenges to head of clinic while achieving health program-related goals.
• Supply drug kits to HPs.
• Inspire and motivate CHWs for group work.
• Report all activities of CHWs to health facility.
• Supervision of pictorial tally sheets, register, and community map made by CHWs and help them if necessary.
• Help CHWs prepare MAR report and MAAR report and send them to clinic center.
• Other assigned duties indicated by his supervisor.

آموزش کارمندان صحی جامعه در صورت نیاز

ایجاد هماهنگی و همکاری مؤثر بین جامعه و مرکز صحی به‌منظور دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب و مشارکت ذی‌نفعان

تنظیم و انتخاب شورای صحی مراکز صحی مربوطه طبق پالیسی‌های

اطلاع ‌رسانی و توضیح مشکلات صحی به جامعه و بحث روی راه ‌حل‌ها

اجرای آموزش‌های عملی در ساحه 

گزارش‌دهی هر نوع مشکل یا چالش به مسئول مرکز صحی در جریان تطبیق برنامه ‌های صحی

توزیع بسته ‌های دوا به مراکز صحی جامعه

تشویق و انگیزه ‌دهی به برای کار گروهی مؤثر

گزارش‌دهی تمام فعالیت‌های به مرکز صحی مربوطه

نظارت بر فورم‌های تصویری، راجستر و نقشه ‌های جامعه تهیه ‌شده توسط و ارائه کمک در صورت نیاز

گزارش‌دهی تمام فعالیت‌ها به آمر مرکز صحی مربوطه

نظارت بر فورم‌های تصویری، راجستر و نقشه ‌های جامعه تهیه ‌شده و ارائه کمک در صورت نیاز

کمک در تهیه گزارش‌ها و ارسال آن‌ها به مرکز صحی

اجرای سایر وظایف محوله توسط اداره

• Graduation from a medical institute (Nursing, Pharmacy).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in same position with NGOs/INGOs.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of English is desirable.
• Experience with using MS Office is desirable.
• Language: Fluency in local languages.
• General: Local residents of Maidan Wardak Province will be preferred.

تحصیلات

فارغ ‌التحصیل از مؤسسه معتبر طبی (نرسنگ یا فارمسی)

 تجربه

حداقل ۲–۳ سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در پُست مشابه با مؤسسات غیر دولتی یا بین ‌المللی

 ارتباطات و گزارش‌دهی

مهارت‌های خوب در ارتباطات و تهیه گزارش

تسلط کامل به زبان‌های محلی (دری/پشتو) آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی ترجیح داده می‌ش

باشندگان محلی ولایت میدان وردګ در اولویت قرار دارند
