Job Description:

  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Build and maintaining client relations
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

Job Requirements:

Required knowledge:

  • Fluency in English, Pashto and Dari both written and spoken.
  • Have required analytical and arithmetic abilities for prognostication and calculations.
  • Proven experience in the related fields
  • Extensive understanding of the related field trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate processes are being used
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have necessary organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to develop and execute training workshops.
  • Able to work effectively during work hours and under pressure.
  • Honest, active and well mannered.
