Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systematically administer vaccinations to eligible women and children at fixed centers and in the field.
• Daily management and control of vaccine temperature according to specified conditions.
• Maintain regular attendance and timely reporting systems.
• Safeguard and maintain all relevant equipment and documentation.
• Perform additional duties related to health center services as requested by the relevant supervisor.

• Maintain good relations with clients.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vaccination safety conditions.
• Properly dispose of used needles and syringes in safety boxes.
• Provide health education and key messages regarding the importance of vaccination, emphasizing the importance of keeping vaccination cards and informing clients about the next visit time.
• Daily monitoring of vaccine temperatures.
• Record vaccinations administered in registers and relevant sheets.
• Ensure consistency of monthly report figures with registers, sheets, and MIAR reports.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on time to the relevant supervisor.
• Adhere to infection prevention measures during vaccination administration, before and after the procedure.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

جابجانمودن سوزن وسرنج ومستعمله در یا بکس مصئون

ارائه تبليغات صحی و پیامهای اساسی درمورداهميت واکسين وتاکيد جهت نگهداشتن  درست کارت واکسين وفهماندن وقت وزمان   مراجعه بعدی به مراجعين

کنترول روزانه درجه حرارت واکسين ها

 ثبت نمودن واکسين های تطبيق شده درراجسترها و شیت های مربوطه

 مطابقت داشتن ارقام راپورماهوار تهیه شده با راجسترها، تالی شیت ها وراپور

 آماده نمودن وتسليم دهی راپورهای ماهواربه وقت معين به سوپروايزر مربوطه

مراعات نمودن یا وقایه از انتان درزمان تطبیق ، قبل وبعد از تطبیق واکسین

انجانم مسئولیت های دیگری که از طرف آمر مربوط برایتان سپرده میشود

• Completion of a 3-month vaccination training course.
• At least one year of work experience in vaccination.
• Attention to and adherence to current regulations regarding duties.
• Local resident of Miadan Wardak Province is preparable.

شرايط لازمه

داشتن سند تکمیل دوره آموزشی 3 ماهه واکسین

داشتن حد اقل یک سال تجربه کاری در بخش واکسین

توجه ورعايت قواعد جاری دراموروظایف

زبان

تسلط کامل به زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو)

باشندگان محلی ولایت میدان وردګ در اولویت قرار دارد
