Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• The doctor is responsible for preparing weekly and monthly clinic plans.
• Responsible for examining and diagnosing patients at the clinic.
• Based on examination and diagnosis, the doctor must treat patients or refer them to better-equipped health centers.
• Fill out the register book during patient visits, recording complete details including diagnosis, prescribed medications, referrals, and other recommendations.
• Accurately complete statistical reports, disease records, and treatment data as required by HMIS.
• Ensure proper maintenance and appropriate use of all clinic equipment across different departments.
• Detect suspected cases of tuberculosis.
• Collaborate with all departments of the health center and ensure practical training is conducted.
• Cooperate with community health workers to strengthen communication between the clinic and the community, and refer patients to more advanced centers.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and use personal protective equipment.
• Organize weekly and monthly meetings with clinic staff to guide them in their respective duties.
• Arrange monthly meetings with local health committee members and community health workers (CHWs) to strengthen community health activities.
• Responsible for supervising and providing feedback to all health center staff, and has the authority to improve health service delivery according to BPHS and the implementing organization’s standards.
• Must have sufficient knowledge of the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) for Afghanistan and apply it in practice.
• Conduct quality improvement meetings, HMIS and IP reviews, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Treat OPD-SAM patients and complete their nutrition protocol files weekly.
• Monitor and follow up with mental health patients.
• Motivate, refer, and follow up with drug-addicted patients to treatment centers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the relevant supervisor or officials of the implementing organization.

تهیه پلان‌های هفته ‌وار و ماهانه برای فعالیت‌های کلینیک

مسئولیت معاینه و تشخیص مریضان در مرکز صحی

در صورت نیاز، تداوی یا ارجاع مریضان به مراکز صحی مجهزتر، بر اساس تشخیص

تکمیل کتاب راجستر در جریان ویزیت مریض، شامل تشخیص، نسخه دوا، ارجاع و سایر توصیه‌ها

تهیه دقیق گزارش‌های احصائیوی، ثبت امراض و معلومات تداوی طبق سیستم

اطمینان از نگهداری درست و استفاده مناسب تجهیزات مرکز صحی در تمام بخش‌ها

تشخیص موارد مشکوک به توبرکلوز (سل)

همکاری با تمام بخش‌های مرکز صحی و اجرای آموزش‌های عملی برای کارمندان

همکاری با کارمندان صحی جامعه برای تقویت ارتباط بین مرکز صحی و جامعه، و ارجاع مریضان به مراکز پیشرفته ‌تر

رعایت پروتوکول‌های جلوگیری از انتان و استفاده از تجهیزات محافظتی شخصی

تنظیم جلسات هفته وار و ماهانه با کارمندان مرکز صحی برای راهنمایی وظایف‌شان

برگزاری جلسات ماهانه با اعضای کمیته صحی محلی و کارمندان صحی جامعه برای تقویت فعالیت‌های صحی جامعه ‌محور

نظارت و ارائه بازتاب موثر به تمام کارمندان مرکز صحی، با صلاحیت بهبود خدمات صحی طب معیارهای و سازمان تطبیق ‌کننده

داشتن دانش کافی در مورد بسته خدمات صحی اساسی افغانستان و تطبیق عملی آن

برگزاری جلسات بهبود کیفیت، مرور و تهیه گزارش جلسات

درمان مریضان و تکمیل فایل‌های تغذیوی آنان به ‌صورت هفته‌وار

نظارت و تعقیب مریضان صحت روانی

تشویق، ارجاع و تعقیب مریضان معتاد به مراکز درمانی

اجرای سایر وظایف محوله از سوی سوپروایزر مربوطه یا مسئولین سازمان تطبیق ‌کننده

شرایط استخدام: داکتر مرکز صحی

Education: Medical Doctor registered with Afghanistan Medical Council (AMC).

Work Experience: At least 3 years’ experience working as a Medical Doctor in Health Facility.

Skills:              

Good communication skills in both Dari and Pashto and proven management ability.

Language: Fluency in local languages.

General: Local residents of Maidan Wardak Province will be preferred.

تسلط کامل به زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو)

باشندگان محلی ولایت میدان وردگ در اولویت قرار دارند
