Médecins du Monde - France (MdM-F) is an international humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide medical care for the most vulnerable populations, the world over, including Afghanistan. It seeks to stimulate voluntary commitment from doctors, other health care providers, and from those whose expertise in other fields is needed for its activities, to enlist all competent support required for the achievement of its projects, and to seek at all times to encourage close working relationships with populations in its care.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Select clients-friendly and secure place/corner/room for organizing consultation and awareness raising sessions in terms of compliance with confidentiality and privacy related issues in the field.
• Conduct psychosocial counselling sessions with individual or group discussion for all target and vulnerable clients and provide required treatment, specific dignity kits, including offering volunteer referral services.
• Keep special focus on keeping all clients’ individual consultation & referral data/records confidential and limited to official use only.
• Identification of most vulnerable and affected individuals in internally displaced and host communities through awareness raising, regular health education, and OPD triage and triage.
• Report and share any unexpected issues or security-related issues immediately to the line manager or project office.
• Work with local communities to help them identify and refer vulnerable and shock-affected individuals from the host community and IDPs.
• Advocate for local community support for minimizing further harm to vulnerable populations via awareness raising and health education.
• Assist target communities in developing & adapting a safety plan for life-threatening situations, considering local context and available resources.
• Considering the nature of work with these clients and local context, all possible measures should be in place to ensure confidentiality & privacy related issues of all clients to avoid any unwanted/unexpected stigma, harm, or any life-threatening condition.
• Prepare and submit daily consultation, referral reports to the in-charge medical doctor.
• Ensure active participation in local community mobilization activities in consultation with in charge medical doctor. 
• Organize exclusive psychosocial counseling sessions for daily eligible clients visiting as individuals and or in small groups with full compliance to privacy and required technical counseling techniques and communication skills.
• Regular and proper registration of all clients and documentation of all data according to standard reporting tools and formats, and make sure that no unauthorized staff or individual has access to clients' personal profiles or counseling data sheets. 
• Maintain close working coordination within the health facility for internal referrals of people with mental problems, victims, survivors, or those who are in potential risk and need immediate counseling support and kits. 
• Regular report of all counseling and kits distribution with health facility in-charge and project supervisor with proper documentation and performance record in the target health facility. 
• Gender equality and inclusion are fundamental at MdM, promoting equal rights and challenging discriminatory norms to achieve social justice. اجرای جلسات مشاوره روان‌ جتماعی به ‌صورت فردی یا گروهی برای مراجعین آسیب ‌پذیر، ارائه تداوی لازم، و خدمات ارجاع داوطلبانه

حفظ محرمانه ‌بودن کامل معلومات مشاوره‌ای و ارجاعی مراجعین، صرفاً برای استفاده رسمی

 شناسایی افراد آسیب‌پذیر در جوامع میزبان و بی‌جاشده از طریق آگاهی‌دهی، آموزش صحی منظم

گزارش‌دهی فوری هرگونه مشکل غیرمنتظره یا مسایل امنیتی به مدیر مربوطه یا دفتر پروژه

همکاری با جوامع محلی برای شناسایی و ارجاع افراد آسیب‌پذیر و متاثر از شوک‌ها

حمایت از جوامع محلی برای کاهش آسیب‌های بیشتر از طریق آگاهی‌دهی و آموزش صحی

کمک به جوامع مورد هدف در تهیه و تطبیق پلان‌های ایمنی برای شرایط تهدیدکننده زندگی، با در نظر گرفتن زمینه محلی و منابع موجود

اتخاذ تدابیر لازم برای حفظ محرمانه‌بودن و حریم خصوصی مراجعین، به‌منظور جلوگیری از هرگونه آسیب، بدنامی یا خطرات احتمالی

تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های روزانه مشاوره و ارجاع به داکتر مسئول

مشارکت فعال در فعالیت‌های بسیج اجتماعی با هماهنگی داکتر مسئول

تنظیم جلسات اختصاصی مشاوره روان‌اجتماعی برای مراجعین واجد شرایط، با رعایت کامل اصول فنی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی

ثبت منظم و دقیق معلومات مراجعین طبق وسایل و فورم‌های گزارش‌دهی استاندارد، و جلوگیری از دسترسی افراد غیرمجاز به پروفایل‌های شخصی یا فورم‌های مشاوره

هماهنگی نزدیک با مرکز صحی برای ارجاع داخلی افراد دارای مشکلات روانی، قربانیان، یا افراد در معرض خطر که نیاز به مشاوره فوری و بسته ‌های حمایتی دارند

گزارش‌دهی منظم فعالیت‌های مشاوره به مسئول مرکز صحی و سوپروایزر پروژه، همراه با مستندسازی دقیق

رعایت اصول برابری جنسیتی و شمولیت در محیط کاری، حمایت از حقوق برابر و مبارزه با تبعیض، از طریق گفتگو، آموزش و ابتکارات تنوع

رعایت معیارهای اخلاقی و اصول رفتاری، شامل جلوگیری از بهره‌کشی و غفلت، با نظارت منظم برای تضمین پاسخگویی و حمایت از مأموریت عدالت اجتماعی و کاهش فقر

:مسئولیت‌های ایمنی و امنیتی

همه کارمندان مسئولیت دارند تا محیط کاری امن و مطمئن را ترویج دهند، فرهنگ ایمنی و امنیت را تقویت کنند، و تطبیق منظم پالیسی‌ها و طرزالعمل‌های ایمنی و امنیتی را تضمین نمایند

در زمینه مشاوره روان‌اجتماعی، ایمنی روانی به معنای ایجاد فضایی است که در آن مراجعین بتوانند بدون ترس از قضاوت یا آسیب، نگرانی‌ها و مشکلات خود را مطرح کنند. این امر برای ارائه خدمات مؤثر و انسانی حیاتی است

پلان‌های ایمنی باید برای شرایط بحرانی مانند افکار خودآزاری، خشونت خانوادگی یا بحران‌های روانی طراحی شوند تا از آسیب بیشتر جلوگیری گردد

Education: She should hold a diploma in psychosocial counseling or a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from a recognized institute within the country or a nurse/midwife with counselling training.
Experience: 

The Candidate must have at least one year of previous experience in the provision of psychosocial counseling services in BPHS-related health facilities or a similar working context. More than one year of relevant work experience in a similar context of a project with the same scope of work as clinical psychology is preferred.

She is basically responsible for professionally handling mental health/ psychosocial problems of individual clients with proper orientation to the visitor and, if needed, close family members upon request and consent of the patient. For any community-level problem, the staff is bound to directly report to the health facility in charge and the field supervisor for needful support.

:تجربه کاری

حداقل یک سال تجربه در ارائه خدمات مشاوره روان‌اجتماعی در مراکز صحی مربوط یا زمینه کاری مشابه

تجربه بیش از یک سال در پروژه‌های مشابه با تمرکز بر روان‌شناسی کلینیکی ترجیح داده می‌شود

مسئولیت اصلی شامل رسیدگی حرفه‌ای به مشکلات روانی/اجتماعی مراجعین، ارائه مشاوره به فرد و در صورت نیاز، اعضای خانواده با رضایت مراجع می‌باشد

در صورت بروز مشکل در سطح جامعه، کارمند مکلف است موضوع را فوراً به مسئول مرکز صحی و سوپروایزر ساحوی گزارش دهد
