We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist & Salesman who can effectively combine technical expertise with marketing and customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for promoting laboratory equipment, installing and maintaining medical devices, and providing professional support to clients in healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring both business growth and high-quality technical service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Arrange and conduct meetings with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacists, and hospital teams to introduce and promote laboratory equipment.
2. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate laboratory instruments and solutions based on technical requirements.
3. Install, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment at client sites.
4. Provide hands-on training to laboratory staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
5. Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
6. Present product features, technical specifications, and clinical benefits to healthcare professionals.
7. Organize and participate in workshops, demonstrations, and conferences for medical and laboratory staff.
8. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and healthcare personnel.
9. Keep accurate records of client interactions, installations, maintenance activities, and sales progress.
10. Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
11. Plan and manage work schedules, including client visits, installations, and follow-ups.
12. Attend company trainings, technical briefings, and product updates regularly.
13. Stay updated with the latest laboratory technologies, clinical data, and company products.
14. Monitor competitor products and market trends to improve business strategies.
15. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the healthcare sector.
16. Stay informed about healthcare developments and laboratory needs within the assigned region.

Skills:

Language Requirement: Must have strong communication, reading and writing skills in national languages (Dari & Pashto) and English is prefer.

Ability to learn and get training about marketing.
familiarity with computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet and email skills.
Ability to communicate effective orally.

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meeting of deadlines

Job Requirement:

Medical technology diploma

1 years’ experience in relative fields.
