ACBAR

Union Aid (UA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political humanitarian and development organization established by Dr. Toryalay Nassery (an Afghan scholar) in July 1979 in Peshawar, Pakistan. It was formed in response to the influx of refugees from Afghanistan and was the first/pioneer organization to serve the Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Union Aid implemented its activities mainly in refugee camps that later became villages, which was one of the biggest refugee camps in the world at that time.

UA initiated its activities in Afghanistan in the 1981 and gradually expanded its services all over Afghanistan.

UA started its activities with two doctors and two paramedical staff that gradually expanded to various programs, including:

Health Care & Nutrition: Establishment and management of hospitals and clinics, maternal and child health services, nutrition programs, family planning, as well as full sponsorship and specialized treatment of patients in European countries including Germany, Spain and Italy.

Food Security: Distribution of food items throughout the country.

Education: Literacy initiatives, school management, scholarships for students, and teacher training programs.

Livelihoods & Vocational Skills: Technical training, handicraft production, and employment generation activities to strengthen self-reliance.

WASH & Shelter: Provision of clean drinking water, sanitation facilities, hygiene promotion, and emergency shelters.

Emergency Response: Life-saving interventions including food and non-food distributions, winter relief packages, and rapid health responses during crises.

Agriculture & Environment: Tree plantation and afforestation initiatives to support sustainability and environmental resilience.

Protection: Women empowerment projects, orphanage centers, and demining project.

Cash Assistance: Continuous financial support for needy families and internally displaced persons (IDPs).

هدف بست (Job Purpose):

ارائه خدمات با کیفیت در بخش دوایی و نرسنگ، شامل مدیریت مؤثر ادویه‌جات، ارائه خدمات نرسنگ، رعایت ستندردهای صحی و همکاری فعال با تیم صحی به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات صحی در مرکز.

مسؤلیت‌ها و وظایف:

• برخورد مناسب و مسلکی با کارمندان و مراجعین با در نظر داشت کلتور و عنعنات محل
• توزیع ادویه مطابق نسخه داکتر و ارائه رهنمایی دقیق در مورد طرز استعمال
• مدیریت، تنظیم، ذخیره و توزیع ادویه‌جات مطابق نورم‌های فارمسی
• رعایت سیستم‌های FIFO و FEFO در مدیریت ادویه
• بلدیت با سیستم های آنلاین و ریکارد های روزمره نسخه ها به سیستم
• نظارت از تاریخ انقضای ادویه‌جات و امحای درست آن مطابق ستندردها
• ترتیب ادویه‌جات به اساس نورم (الفبا و طبقه‌بندی معیاری)
• آشنایی کامل با دوز، عوارض جانبی و موارد استعمال ادویه‌جات
• تهیه راپورهای ماهوار مصرف، درخواست و فعالیت‌ها به شکل دقیق و به‌موقع
• ارائه تعلیمات صحی و دوایی به مراجعین
• سهم‌گیری در تریننگ‌ها و انتقال دانش به سایر کارمندان
• اجرای تزریقات (وریدی، عضلی، تحت الجلدی) و پانسمان مطابق هدایت داکتر
• ثبت و راپوردهی دقیق خدمات انجام‌شده
• رعایت RUD و NSTG و همکاری در ترویج استفاده معقول ادویه
• تأمین نظافت و محیط صحی در دواخانه و ستاک
• نگهداری درست ادویه مطابق ستندرد محافظه
• همکاری فعال با تیم صحی و اشتراک در جلسات مرکز
• سهم‌گیری در تطبیق ستندردهای بهبود کیفیت (QAI)
• مدیریت و پاسخ به حوادث عاجل و شرایط اضطراری
• نظارت از کیت عاجل و تهیه محلول کلورین
• اجرای سایر وظایف محوله از طرف آمر

مهارت‌ها و توانایی‌ها:

• مهارت در مدیریت دواخانه و ستاک
• دقت و توجه به جزئیات
• توانایی حل مشکل و تصمیم‌گیری
• تعهد به کیفیت خدمات صحی
• مهارت در آموزش‌دهی به مریضان

فارغ‌التحصیل تعلیمات متوسطه طبی (نرسنگ / فارمسی) یا لیسانس در رشته‌های مرتبط (نرسنگ، فارمسی(

داشتن حداقل 2–3 سال تجربه کاری در مراکز صحی (BHC، CHC یا شفاخانه‌ها)

آشنایی با سیستم‌های مدیریت ادویه (FIFO, FEFO)

تسلط به رهنمودهای ملی (NSTG) و استفاده معقول ادویه (RUD)

بلدیت به کمپیوتر و سیستم های انلاین و راپور دهی

مهارت در تهیه راپوردهی و ثبت معلومات

توانایی کار در شرایط فشار و محیط‌های ساحوی

مهارت‌های قوی ارتباطی و کار تیمی

آشنایی با زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو) الزامی، آشنایی با انگلیسی مزیت محسوب می‌شود

تعهد به اصول اخلاقی، محرميت معلومات و پالیسی‌های اداره
