About AMC

Amiri Medical Complex (AMC) is a private hospital incorporated under the government of Afghanistan with license numbers D-26055 and 6019. The facility is located at the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Afshar, Qargha Road, Kabul. AMC functions with a capacity of 129 beds, specializing in a wide range of medical specialties. AMC is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable healthcare services to all, within a nurturing and supportive environment that was previously unavailable in the country.

AMC is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and supported by a team of highly qualified professionals, AMC has established itself as a preferred destination for comprehensive healthcare services while consistently prioritizing patient safety, continuous quality improvement, and service excellence. AMC is a member of International Hospital Federation (IHF), is ISO-certified, accredited by the European Association of Preventive Cardiology, and earned recognition from IHF in 2021 for providing essential healthcare services during crisis and in 2023 for enhancing access to quality medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plan and objectives aligned with business strategy to increase brand image and revenue.
• Analyze and monitor market trends, competitions and carry out research to identify market and people's needs.
• Lead MARCOM and drive towards AMC visibility, public relations, and reputation management.
• Plan and curry out budget and resources estimation required for promotion, sponsorships, and events according to AMC’s objectives and represent AMC in commercial events, and conferences.
• Research and identify potential corporate clients, cultivate strong relationships by addressing clients’ concerns, and provide insurance solutions according to their specific needs.
• Supervise, follow up and incorporate continuous efforts on documentations development to fulfill specific requirements and attain accreditation.
• Exploring fundraising opportunities and developing relationships with major donor agencies.
• Lead content development for digital marketing and the website.
• Supervise reception, PCF, information desk, and call center units.
• Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by the board of directors.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required. MBA or master degree in relevant field will be preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in marketing or business development. With strong analytical and management abilities.
