About Afghanistan Relief & Sustainable Development Organization (ARSDO):
Afghanistan Relief and Sustainable Development Organization (ARSDO) is a national, non-profit development organization established in 2017 and registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan (Registration No. 4190). ARSDO has a strong grassroots presence and extensive experience in designing and implementing community-based development and humanitarian interventions across Afghanistan.

Job Description:
Leads nutrition program implementation and ensures screening, referral, and treatment of malnourished cases in accordance with national protocols.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nutrition services delivery in all health facilities.
- Ensure timely supply and correct use of nutrition commodities and supplements.
- Conduct on-site coaching for nutrition counselors and health workers.
- Monitor and report nutrition indicators through HMIS and ARSDO tools.
- Coordinate with other program officers to integrate nutrition into health services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Public Health, or related discipline.
- Five years of practical experience in nutrition programs.
- Familiar with IMAM and IYCF guidelines and tools.
- Fluent in Pashto and Dari; English preferred.
