Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Specialist (Online & Outdoor) is responsible for planning, implementing and executing both sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue, strengthen brand presence and attract and retain customers. This role combines digital marketing activities with on-ground (outdoor) sales and promotional efforts.

The position works in close coordination with the store team, marketing department and stock management, and also supports training and development of sales staff.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and grow online presence through social media and digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and outdoor) to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with in-store sales operations.
  • Identify target markets and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to improve performance and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Support and train sales staff on products and sales techniques.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with stock and store teams to ensure product availability.
  • Assist in pricing, product launches and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain effective internal communication across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. 5 years proven experience in sales and/or marketing (digital and field/outdoor).
  2. Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and market trends for decision-making.

  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
