Job Description:
The Proposal Writer will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, concept notes, and related project documents in accordance with donor requirements. The position requires close coordination with program, finance, and technical teams to develop competitive and well-structured proposals for securing project funding. The Proposal Writer will also ensure timely submission of proposals, proper documentation, and professional communication with donors and relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or project development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality proposals, concept notes, and project documents.
• Good understanding of donor requirements and proposal development processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
