MSI Reproductive Choices Afghanistan (MSIA) is a branch of MSI, a global, non-profit, and non-governmental organization headquartered in London, UK, and was established in August 2002 after registration with the Government of Afghanistan. MSIA follows the local mission statement of MSI: Improve Afghan women’s health and well-being so that they can, in turn, build strong, healthy families. Our vision is to be the organization that Afghan women seek out for high-quality, client-centered health care provided by women, for women.

We focus on reducing maternal mortality by providing quality and sustainable maternal-child health (MCH) and reproductive health (RH) services and information in 17 provinces of Afghanistan, namely Kabul, Balkh, Herat, Jawzjan Faryab, Nangarhar, Helmand, Kandahar, Baghlan, Kunduz, Badakhshan, Takhar, Samangan, Kapisa, Khost, Paktia, Ghowr, Farah and Bamiyan, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of Afghanistan. 

MSIA strives to enhance women's health outcomes in the aforementioned provinces by delivering vital reproductive and maternal-child health services through multiple channels such as centers, outreaches, the private sector, and MS Ladies (Family Health Houses).

اشتراک با هر مبلغ صحی در کمپین های اگاهی دهی در مکاتب دختران درساحات مختلف -

رساندن پیام های صحی و تنظیم خانواده به دوایر دولتی و غیر دولتی بخاطر آگاهی دهی -

جمع آوری ارقام رجعت دادن شده از مراکز صحی که در ساحات آن کمپاین های صحی دایر شده است -

درخواست نمودن مواد تبلیغاتی از مسوول بازاریابی بخاطر کمپاین های صحی -

دایر نمودن ترینگ ها به رضا کاران جوان -

در جریان گذاشتن آمر مافوق و مسوول امنیتی در صورت بروز هر نوع مشکل امنیتی و اجتماعی در ساحات کمپاین -

ارزیابی و تشخیص ضروریات و نیازمندی های مبلغین صحی در جریان کمپاین ها -

مشخص نمودن اهداف اساسی کمپاین صحی برای مبلغین قبل از اجرا کمپاین -

تشویق مبلغین صحی بر اساس رجعت دهی مشتریان به مراکزصحی میرستوپس به نظر داشت راپور تادیه مرکز -

هماهنگی لازم همراه با بخش های مربوطه جهت هرچه موثر بودن کمپاین ها و تبلیغات صحی در ساحات تعین شده و جلوگیری از ضایع منابع -

ساختن و ترتیب چک لست نظارت برای نظاره و کنترول سیستماتیک از عمل کرد  رضاکاران -

شناسایی و راجستر معلومات لازم برای سیستم معلوماتی دفتر. -

بلند بردن سطح معلومات و اگاهی عمومی رضاکاران در مورد خدمات و فعالیت های موسسه -

صحبت مستقیم با رضاکاران جهت هر چه بهتر شدن سلوک و شیوه کفتار ایشان -

شناسایی مشتریان فعلی و طبقه بندی آنها برحسب سن،درآمد،موقعیت جغرافیایی،حساسیت ها نسبت به قیمت،خدمات و پیش بینی نوع و مقدار تقاضای سالانه هر گروه و توان تامین موسسه

رجوع و فراخوانی مشتریان گذشته و کشف علت عدم رضایت و قطع ارتباط آنها  با کلینیک های حمایه طفل و مادر و حل مشکلات فی ما بین -

اندازه گیری رضایت مشتریان وطراحی برنامه هایی برای افزایش رضایتمندی آنها -

شناسایی فرصت های افزایش فروش، افزایش مشتری و تجزیه و تحلیل وطراحی برنامه های اجرایی برای بهره گیری ازفرصت ها -

انجام تحقیقات بازار ، جمع آوری و طبقه بندی اطلاعات مورد نیاز جهت در یافت بازار جدید -

هم فکری وهماهنگی با  مشاورتجاری موسسه در مورد افزایش مشتری جدید -

برنامه ریزی برای جذب مشتریان جدید -

برنامه ریزی برای ایجاد تمایز نسبت به رقبا -

اشتراک در بازار هاو مجتمع ها زنانه -

تجربه کاری

1-3 سال تجربه کاری با موسسات غیر دولتی ملی یا بین المللی که خدمات صحی را عرضه میکنند دارا باشند.

:مهارت ها

داشتن ذکاوت ومهارت درتحلیل و تجزیه قوی مسایل.

قابلیت تماس گیری شفاف و دقیق با سایرین، بطور شفاهی و تحریری و نمایش موثر فعالیت های عامه خویش.

قابلیت کار نمودن درست باسایرهمکاران در داخل تیم.

قادر به کسب نتیجه موثر از فعالیت های خویش .

باید قابلیت کار نمودن متناسب با وقت معین و وابسته به نتیجه را داشته باشد.

داشتن مهارت ها ی قوی اداره فعالیت های مادون.

داشتن مهارت های ستراتیژیک و پلان گزاری قوی.

داشتن مهارت های اعلی اداری و چندین وظیفه ای
