Job Description:

  • To assistant recruitment process of new employees at provincial level.
  • Follow HR policy of OPHCD during staff recruitment.
  • Supervise and control all supporting staff members and give them the necessary guidance to improve work processes.
  • To make an employment contract for all staff members and new employees.
  • Check and employment contracts on yearly basis.
  • To provide and prepare ID cards to all staff members and new employees.
  • To update and maintain all personnel files in a confidential manner.
  • To laminate and bind and all the necessary official books and documents.
  • To update the contact sheets of provincial office on a monthly basis.
  • To check all personal files on a monthly basis.
  • Renew the OPHCD ID cards for every OPHCD staff member at the end of each year.
  • Prepare weekly report to Hospital Director.
  • Responsible for preparing and follow up of weekly schedule of duties for guards, and cleaners.
  • Translation of documents English to local language and local language to English.
  • Preparing audit follow-up action plans, and ensuring that the action plan is implemented.
  • Manage Staff attendance and report to Khost Sub office on monthly basis.
  • Coordinate Khost Sub office in preparing all the Admin/HR necessary reports.
  • Preparing staff details on request base.
  • Update staff database on regular base.
  • Support the provincial and Khost sub office for all the HR related activities.
  • Any other task assign by the line Supervisor Khost Sub  Office.
  • Make sure  and keep track on each staff members is available at his/ her duty station during official hours.
  • Administering Payroll every month and submitting to Khost sub office.
  • Conduct hospital-wide training need assessment and managing orientation for new hires
  • To keep  update  employee training record.

Capacity Building:

  • Responsible to identify operations staff training/capacity building needs and recommend ways/methods for their development in the operations sector.
  • Assist support staff in their day to day activities and provide them necessary training mentoring or coaching in order to fulfill their assignments efficiently.
  • To provide guidance and instruction to the support staff for sound and timely performances of duties.
  • Any other task assign by line manager / management.

  • Graduated from recognized university in the field of HRM, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economic and or other equivalent field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in related field.
  • Deep understanding of computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in both national languages and working knowledge of English language.
  • Strong Communication skill Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Cooperative and team-work skills, being flexible regarding working hours.
  • Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
