• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. 
• Provide first-level technical support to users (in-person, via email, or over the phone). 
• Help maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware and software). 
• Support troubleshooting of network, internet, and connectivity issues. 
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data recovery processes. 
• Monitor and report any unusual system activity or security threats. 
• Document technical procedures and create user guides as needed. 
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the IT Department. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ​
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and in English language.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and IT tools. 
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
