The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

انجام آزمایشات آزمایشگاهی طبق دستور داکتران کلینک

قابلیت شناسی، هماتولوژی، ایمنی سرولوژی، بیوشیمی، باکتری شناسی، ویروس شناسی، آزمایشات مربوط به بانک خون، سم شناسی و آزمایشات کامپیوتری

حصول اطمینان از نگهداری مصون مواد آزمایشگاهی، ثبت مواد مصرفی و تکمیل به موقع موجودی

ثبت دقیق و پرکردن منظم راجستر ها

نگهداری مناسب از اسلایدها برای کنترل کیفیت

دفع به موقع و با کیفیت مواد آزمایشگاهی گذشته با رعایت مراحل کلینیکی

تهیه فهرست نیاز مواد آزمایشگاهی زیر نظر و سرپرستی مسول کلینک

انجام وظایف آزمایشگاهی طبق برنامه ازقبل سنجیده شده

کاربرد منظم و مداوم استانداردهای وقایه از انتان در سطح مرکزصحی

مشارکت فعال در ارزیابی ربعوار استانداردهای تعیین شده در بخش مربوطه

تنظیم برنامه کاری ماهانه، ربعوار و سالانه مطابق با برنامه عمومی برای تحقق اهداف تعیین شده

تهیه گزارش های ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه و اطلاع رسانی به رهبری اداره در مورد فعالیت ها و دستاوردهای مرتبط درصورت نیاز

ارائه مشاوره تخنیکی و مسلکی در مورد مسائل لابراتواری به ادارات مربوطه

دخیره سازی معلومات بشکل سافت و هارد اطمینان از مدیریت کلیه اسناد مربوطه و ایجاد سیستم

ایجاد هماهنگی با ادارات مربوطه

استریل کردن ابزار و تجهیزات مورد استفاده در بخش مربوطه

ارائه خدمات 24 ساعته طبق سازمان کلینیک که تقسیم زمانی انجام داده است

رعایت کلیه استانداردها، نظم و انضباط از جمله اخلاق طبابت

تحقیق و انجام آزمایشات مختلف لابراتواری جهت تشخیص و به اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات با بخش مربوطه

همکاری با اساتید معرفی شده در کار علمی و عملی لابراتواری

ایجاد روابط رسمی با ادارات ذیربط جهت دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

 تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور پشتو  دری) و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز

شرایط استخدام (سطح تحصیلی و تجربه کاری) 

داشتن سند تحصیلی تکنالوژی طبی تایید شده وزارت صحت عامه

داشتن یک سال تجربه کاری کینیکی
