The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های عمده

دریافت، ثبت و درمان موارد سوء تغذیه شدید (SAM) مطابق دستورالعمل‌های موجود

دریافت، ثبت و اجرای توصیه‌های لازم برای موارد سوء تغذیه متوسط (MAM)

تقویت برنامه جستجو و شناسایی کودکان سوء تغذیه شده

انجام مناسب نظارت بر رشد (Growth Monitoring and Promotion - GMP) کودکان زیر دو سال بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های تغذیه مادر، نوزاد و کودک (MIYCN)

ارائه مشاوره تغذیه‌ای به کودکان زیر دو سال و مادران آنها

اندازه‌ گیری، ثبت و نظارت بر قد، وزن، سن و تورم کودکان زیر دو سال

تشویق مادران در صورت رشد طبیعی کودک برای ادامه مراقبت‌های تغذیه ‌ای بر اساس MIYCN

رجعت دهی کودکان مبتلا به سوء تغذیه شدید به شفاخانه های دولتی برای دریافت تداوی مناسب

اندازه‌ گیری محیط بازوی (MUAC) کودکان ۶ تا ۵۹ ماهه

برگزاری نمایش‌هایی درباره تهیه غذاهای غنی شده به صورت ماهانه

اندازه‌ گیری MUAC، وزن و قد مادران شیرده و تعیین وضعیت تغذیه‌ای آنها (طبیعی، سوء تغذیه، چاقی) از مراقبت‌های پس از زایمان (PNC) تا زمان تغذیه با شیر مادر

بررسی دریافت دوا ‌های آهن و فولیک اسید (IFA) توسط مادران شیرده

تهیه گزارش‌های تغذیه‌ای و مواد مرتبط برای کودکان سوء تغذیه شده که توسط سازمان‌های بین‌المللی توزیع می‌شود

شرکت در همه جلسات داخلی، جلسات کاری و آموزش‌های خدماتی

تقویت هماهنگی با تمامی کارکنان، شوراهای صحی و نهادهای مرتبط

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طبابت

سهم گیری در برنامه های آموزشی و ظرفیت سازی

انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط طبق دستورات آمر مستقیم

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور و پشتو و دری)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

تجربۀ کاری و درجه تحصیل

فارغ از رشته نرسنگ  و تجربه در بخش تغذی

برای اشخاص که فارغ از رشته تغدی باشند ارجعیت داده میشود

 دو ۲سال تجربه مرتبط 

داشتن مهارت افهام وتفهیم
