The Psychosocial Counselor provides individual and group psychosocial support services to persons with disabilities. The role focuses on enhancing emotional well-being, social functioning, coping skills, and overall mental health through counseling, guidance, and structured support activities.

The Psychosocial Counselor is responsible for the following:
- Ensure the KOO guidelines are followed in all activities
- Provide PSS case management, including referral to any other available services (health, specialized mental health, etc.) when requested by the client.
- Regular and continuous follow-up of clients registered in the KOO.
- Provide individual and group psychosocial support to women and girls including persons with disabilities..
- Provide psychological first aid (PFA) and assess the needs of clients through one-to-one sessions.
- Compile and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with Technical Manager.
- In consultation with the technical manager, provide technical support to all KOO activities, and community mobilizers.
- Based on the request of the authorized person, attend and participate in all relevant meetings/training-related meetings to the program's purpose.
- Ensure that all work with clients is kept confidential and that ethical practices are always followed.
- Process request and purchase requests for the KOO needy supplies and ensure KOO supplies are constant and are used properly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
