Gulzai International Disposable paper production is a non- political non- governmental company, Established in January 2016. It is registered with AISA and the respected Ministry of Trade and commerce under the license number D-80532 of Islamic republic of Afghanistan. Gulzai international produces variety of disposable papers in Afghanistan. It is located in the Industrial state, Sarak Naw Dispatchery, Kabul Afghanistan. Gulzai International is in expansion mode the company aims to export across the border to International market. Along with other objectives of Gulzai International it is our core ambitions to contribute in the progress and rehabilitation of Afghanistan.


Job Description:

Set goals for market share and growth and work towards achieving them

Involve in Direct selling

Attending exhibitions, conferences and meetings clients and establishing new contacts for boosting company sales

Monitors competitor’s products and improvises selling strategies for own products.

Identify and analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses, quick response to the threats in the marketing environment

Maintaining accurate records and filing of sales.

Field training of new sales representatives

Being active and participate in all administration tasks

Any other tasks assigned by the senior management

Promote specific products as directed by upper management

Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

Source and work customer referrals

Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback



Job Requirements:

Ideally a degree in marketing

A commercially aware self-starter who is able to work with minimum management to achieve targets.

Skilled and experienced in Contract negotiation and completion

Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.

Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English languages

Flexibility in working hours

Ability to work under pressure
