ACBAR’s SHAPE_TPP programme successfully conducted a crucial training session on policy development and implementation for Cohort 3 NGOs from 24-25 September 2025, serving as a foundational tool for effective advocacy and program execution. This training empowered staff to systematically design, analyze, and implement policies aligned with their missions and the needs of the communities they serve. By honing their skills in policy formulation, participants were equipped to address complex issues in a structured manner, enhancing the organizations’ ability to influence positive change. Effective policy development fosters transparency and accountability, building trust and credibility with stakeholders, donors, and beneficiaries.
At SHAPE-TPP, we understand the importance of foundational knowledge in policy development for our partner NGOs. Through this training, we have enhanced the capacity of these organizations to craft and implement impactful policies. This investment not only strengthens their internal processes but also positions them to attract funding opportunities and engage meaningfully with key stakeholders, ultimately contributing to social change and enhancing their sustainability.
