Request for Quotation for Monthly Preventive Maintenance of two Generator Sets for Kabul Office
World Vision International- Afghanistan has been serving the Afghan community since January 2002. With its National Office located in Herat city, World Vision supports highly vulnerable children and their families in remote, poor and under developed provinces in western Afghanistan (Ghor, Badghis and Herat provinces). World Vision aspires to create a better future for Afghan children and their communities within the areas targeted by its child-focused and community driven development programs.
We are requesting the qualified companies to participate in the Bidding Process by referring to the www.acbar.org website (RFQ section) to download the RFQ package title RFQ-WVI-A-0030_2021 and submit the complete documents on or before the mentioned deadline.
The Quotation/Proposal must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address below by no later than 20-October-2021 (5:00 pm Afghanistan local time)

The bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes should include the Financial and technical proposals. The bids will be opened after deadline as per World Vision schedule by Bidding Committee and.

Participating bidders are also encouraged to make electronic submissions, up to a maximum size of 25mb per email transmission to the below electronic tender mail-box:

Please note that Bids are disregarded if:
- Anybody involved in the tender procedure has influenced the selection procedure with illegal payments or by granting or promising other advantages, or if circumstances suggest that such influence has been exercised;
- A bid has been received after expiry of the deadline;
- The bid does not fulfill the criteria in the request for tenders in essential points, if it is incomplete or contains inadmissible restrictions;
- The statement by the applicant that he is associated with other companies does not clearly show that the former or the latter will not apply to participate in the same project as manufacturers, suppliers or firms.
