Request For Provision of Samsung Mobile Phone (A31)

World Vision International - Afghanistan is requesting potential suppliers to bid for the provision of Samsung Mobile Phones (A31). World Vision International - Afghanistan has been serving the Afghan community since January 2002. World Vision supports highly vulnerable children and their families in remote, poor and under developed provinces in western Afghanistan (Ghor, Badghis , Faryab and Herat provinces). World Vision aspires to create a better future for Afghan children and their communities within the areas targeted by its child-focused and community driven development programs.
We are requesting the qualified companies to participate in the Bidding Process by referring to the www.acbar.org website (RFQ section) to download the RFQ package title WVI-A-0042 and submit the complete documents before the mentioned deadline.
The RFQ must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked "1772788 / Samsung Mobile A31" to the address below by no later than Sunday, October 17, 2021 (04:00 PM, Kabul Local Time).

The RFQ and required supporting documents can also be submited electronically to (afgo_procurement@wvi.org), the subject of the email must be "1772788 / Samsung Mobile A31".
Please Note That Bids are Disregarded if:
- A bid has been submitted after the submission closing date and time
- The bid does not fulfil the criteria specified in the RFQ documents or is found incomplete on content/details
Note: Payment will be made to the contractor within 30 days from receipt of goods/items via bank transfer.
