It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a Potential, Reliable, and Committed Supplier for the International Rescue committee to provide and deliver Solar Panel and Accessories Equipment and Submersible Pump for IRC mentioned provinces of Afghanistan when needed during the period of the contract. Therefore, IRC Afghanistan is calling on all eligible and potential suppliers that are qualified, Professional and are technically and financially competent for the provision and delivery of High-Quality Solar Panel and Accessories Equipment and Submersible Pump as indicated, submit their sealed proposals as per the outlined criteria set forth in this RFP
