World Vision (WV) Afghanistan is inviting interested consultants to submit a technical and financial proposal considering the Terms of Reference, qualifications and eligibility requirements defined in the relevant RFP.

Proposals received after the submission deadline will be rejected. Late proposals will not be accepted.
