he International Committee of the Red Cross is an independent, neutral and humanitarian organization ensuring protection and assistance for victims of war and other situations of violence. In the context of its programs in Afghanistan, the ICRC (on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health) aim to support the provision of Pharmaceutical items to 34 regional and provincial hospitals in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health.
