The Supplier shall complete and submit the following document with his quotation:
- The attached Quotation Submission Form
- Suppliers Technical Specifications/Technical Data Form filled
- Copy of Business Registration in Afghanistan (local Balkh Based suppliers are highly encouraged to submit their quotations)
- Copies of suppliers audited financial statement for any of the last two years from the years (2019,2020 and 2021).
- Experience in similar supplies (Agricultural/Horticulture) in the past preferably two contracts with the value equivalent to tenderer’s offer with Gov.t, I/NGOs on provincial level in Country.
