INVITATION TO BID
RRAA is launching a “Local Clos Tender” and invites interested suppliers/Logistics companies to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant items(s):
- Provision of 2,000 family hygiene kits to Trin Kot, Uruzgan province.
- All the goods are for a humanitarian project (Family Hygiene Kits) supported by AHF Afghanistan.
- All goods are to be delivered to Trin Kot, Uruzgan Province.
- The offered prices shall be quoted in USD only.
- All goods are quoted based on the attached BoQ. with the exact specifications.
- All 2,000 units of kits should be packed in one package each.
- Goods with expiration should have at least a one-year expiration date.
- The award will be based on the delivery time, high quality, and price.
- Please provide your quotations on your company's official letterhead with clearly indicating the unit price and total of all goods (missing lot number, unit price, and the total price will disqualify bids).
- All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by June 12, 2022, at 02:00 PM Kabul time. Late bids will be rejected and disqualified. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send in writing (email) until June 08, 2022. The answers to the questions will be emailed to them on June 09, 2022. All the questions should be addressed to hoprocurement@rraa.org.af.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier.
- Tender documents will be available from June 06, 2022, and June 12, 2022 Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or via the below email address or from the ACBAR site.
