The bidders who Intent to participate in this Electronic-tendering (Provision based system) process should submit a letter of interest to the following email address no later than 04:00 PM August 23, 2022:

Bids shall be submitted in the system through the following instructions:

Instruction to Bidders:

• The bidders should submit their bids only though Provision system which your company will be invited after receiving the letter of interest, no bids will be accepted physically.
• Bidders missing contact information like “vendor name, Vendor president name, Email Address and Phone number” and in the letter of Intent will not be considered for the tender participation.
• Send the signed /filled vendor registration form and code of conduct mandatory form.
• Any submission of letter of Intent after deadline will be rejected and bidders will not be invited to tendering process.
