JEN (Japan Emergency NGO) would respectfully like to acquire a quotation of the following items, in order to select the most appropriate vendor for the purchase/service in accordance with JEN’s policy. We would highly appreciate it if you could prepare the quotation with taxes and vendor benefits including the following information;
*Please note that JEN has a privilege of duty-free status as we are officially registered with Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan as an NGO in 2005.
JEN (Japan Emergency NGO) is Japan based Non-governmental organization established in January 1994 to provide emergency assistance in the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Since then, adhering to the concept of “Psycho-social and self-reliance support” JEN has been consistently in charge of offering support activities to those people who have been stricken with hardship due to conflicts and disasters across the globe in every phase of recovery from emergency assistance to reconstruction.
