Request for Provision of Annual Audit for the year 2022.

INTRODUCTION:
Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA), delivering humanitarian services through the sectors of WASH, Livelihood, Good Governance and Humanitarian Emergency Response in Afghanistan since 1990. In 2005, the organization was officially registered as a national NGO with the Ministry of Commerce. RRAA humanitarian projects and Programs is helping the people of Afghanistan to improve their lives by enhancing the livelihood, productivity of their livestock, income generation, water sanitation and hygiene and provision of humanitarian emergency response. SERVICES REQUIRED:
The service of a well reputed auditing firm is required to conduct the audit of the financial statements of the organization for the year ended December 31, 2022 (Jan-Dec, 2022) and express its opinion on whether they are free of material misstatements and are further in conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international accounting standards (IAS).

The audit has to be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). The overall objective for the auditor is to present on whether the financial statements of the organization as a whole are free from material misstatements. Furthermore, the auditor should determine the regularity of the receipts, custody, expenditures and accounting for the resources and assess the overall operational and internal control system for management of the organization.
 
To carry out the assignment, you are requested to submit your technical and financial proposal.
